PALESTINE- Meet Rocky, the world’s most precarious Black Labrador puppy on April 27, during a live broadcast to benefit Anderson County Champions for Children (ACCC). Join ACCC as they put on a hilarious comedy about the struggle between a man and his dog for domination of the backyard.
Anderson County Champions for Children (ACCC) is hosting its second annual radio comedy broadcast before a live audience on KNET 95.7 FM & 1450AM. Palestine on Saturday, April 27th, 2013, at the Meals on Wheels building, located at 200 N. Church in Palestine. Dinner will be served at 6:00 PM. Live radio show begins at 7:00 PM Sharp.
Dinner tickets are $25. Advertising spots are $250 per 30 second spot and will be run 3 times during the show.
The Anderson County Champions for Children is a collaborative coalition composed of community leaders and early childhood professionals leading the crusade to improve early childhood education and child care in Palestine and Anderson County.
The mission of Anderson County Champions for Children is to ensure optimal development and school readiness for our county’s youngest citizens by providing services to families and early childhood programs. They strive to improve professional practices in early childhood programs and support early childhood programs to ensure a quality system of early childhood education, as well as enhance the quality of life for the families of Anderson County. Anderson County Champions for Children provides training, a resource room, resource and referral system, activities for children, and fundraising events.
