Take A Train Ride In The Pineywoods

I hear the train a-comin’ in East Texas! The Texas State Railroad was established in 1881, and is deeply rooted in East Texas’ history, and continues to provide locals and tourist with entertainment.
Take a train ride back in time through the Pineywoods at one of the Texas State Railroad Parks, in Palestine or Rusk. This historic railroad offers steam or diesel excursions full of family fun, or book a dinner on the railroad.
