Jefferson, Texas Mini Truckers

This summer, all around the country, boys and girls are playing softball and baseball. In Jefferson our kids play ball but, they also take part in a sport that’s a little bit tougher; miniature bull riding.

The Texas Mini Buckers, based in Jefferson, Texas, are kids eight to fourteen years old and under 130 pounds who ride miniature bulls. The bull riding events are held at the Jefferson Rodeo Arena; located on Highway 49, about 2 miles northeast of downtown.

The next event is this Saturday, July 14th at 7:00 PM. All are welcome to compete but, parents must sign a release if the competitor has not been to a Southern Mini Bullriding event within the last 12 months.
