Jacksonville, Texas- On March 3, the Texas Forest Trail Region (TFTR), in partnership with the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce and the City of Jacksonville, will offer a Texas Friendly Customer Service workshop for local businesses.  The workshop will be held from 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. at the Norman Activity Center, 526 E. Commerce Street in Jacksonville.

“This program is a great opportunity for Jacksonville businesses and employees to learn some very valuable tools to better serve their customers and clients,” said Peggy Renfro, President of the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce.

“The customer service skills learned in this program can be used from the front line employee to the management staff.”
