Piney Woods Fine Arts Presents “The Wizard of Oz”
CROCKETT— Follow the yellow brick road with Dorothy and her friends in the favorite musical journey of all time. As part of its School-Time Series, PWFAA is presenting the American Family Theater production of The Wizard of Oz, a live-on-stage, sparkling production that features a terrific cast, unforgettable songs and special effects, plus lots of audience participation.
The show is for two performances only on April 30 at 9:30 and 12:30 at the Crockett Civic Center. This series of shows is parts of its Art in Education programs benefiting the children of East Texas. These shows are open to all school children in Houston County and the surrounding areas.
This show is produced by American Family Theatre; the nation’s premier producer of musicals for families and young audiences performs in over 300 venues each year.
